Awarness Course VKU

You can attend the VKU (Verkehrskundeunterricht) in any Driving School.

The traffic education course (VKU) is a theoretical preparation for driving a motor vehicle and supports the training in practical driving lessons. The course is spread over four days.

Requirement:

In order to attend the traffic studies course, you must have a valid category A, A1 or B learner's license. If you already have a category A, A1 or B driver's license, you do not have to attend this course.

The traffic studies course must be completed before registering for the practical driving test. The course attendance must not be more than two years ago.

Course content:

• Traffic safety theory, function of the sensory organs, sensorimotor connections

• Partner customer, street customer, weather, time

• Vehicle safety, driving forces, traffic movement theory

• Driving ability and driving skill, environmental awareness, tactical rules

First Aid Course

You can attend your First Aid Course at your free choice.

In most Driving Schools, the Language is German. If you understand enough German, A2 Level, thats sufficient enough.
